Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Tours marked "Instant confirmation" are confirmed as soon as you book. For the others (private circuits, balloon flights, tailor-made trips) we check guide or camp availability and confirm within 24 hours — usually in under 2 hours.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, from the "My booking" page (link in your confirmation e-mail). Most day trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure; multi-day circuits follow a stricter policy shown on each tour page.

Do you offer private tours?

Almost every tour has a private version: a vehicle and guide just for you, at the time you choose. The price per person drops as your group grows; the exact price appears as soon as you enter the number of travellers.

Do I have to pay online?

No. Depending on the tour you can book now and pay on the day (cash in dirhams or euros), pay a deposit online and the balance on the day, or pay everything online by card.

Do prices include tips and entrance fees?

Each tour page lists exactly what is and isn’t included. Tips are never mandatory. Monument entrance fees are included only where stated.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Online payments are always in euros. Amounts shown in dirhams, dollars or pounds are indicative.
