Cancellation policy

Every tour shows its policy on its page and in your confirmation e-mail. Deadlines are counted from the departure time, Marrakech time.

Flexible — most day trips and transfers

• Cancel 24 hours or more before departure: 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Moderate — balloon flights and operator-run activities

• 48 hours or more before: 100% refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Strict — multi-day circuits

• 7 days or more before: 100% refund.
• Between 72 hours and 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours: no refund.

Non-refundable

Some special offers are non-refundable; this is clearly shown before you book.

How to cancel

From the "My booking" page (link in your e-mail), or by messaging us on WhatsApp. If you paid online, the refund goes back to the same payment method within 5–10 business days. If we cancel (weather, safety), you get a full refund or another date of your choice.
