Data controller

Data we collect

• Bookings: name, e-mail, phone, country, travellers, pickup location, flight number, special requests.
• Payments: amount and status. Card details are handled only by our payment provider.
• Customer account (optional): login details, booking history, wishlist.
• Quote requests and newsletter: contact details and the information you choose to share.
• Browsing: strictly necessary cookies; audience measurement only with your consent.

Purposes and legal bases

Delivering your booking (contract), sending confirmations and reminders (contract), answering your requests (legitimate interest), sending the newsletter (consent, double opt-in), meeting accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Recipients

Our guides and drivers delivering the service, partners directly involved (desert camp, balloon pilot), our payment and e-mail providers. We never sell data.

Retention

Bookings: 10 years (accounting). Inactive accounts: deleted after 3 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Requests that did not lead to a booking: 2 years.
