Terms and conditions
Effective: January 2026.
1. About us
Moments Marrakech. Legal entity, registration, business address and licence details will be published after verification. For questions before booking: contact@momentsmarrakech.com.
2. Booking
A booking is binding once you receive a confirmation e-mail with a reference (AV-XXXXXX). For services without instant confirmation we confirm availability within 24 hours; otherwise the request is cancelled at no cost.
You agree to provide accurate information (number and ages of travellers, pickup location, flight number for transfers).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, Moroccan taxes included. Amounts in other currencies are indicative. Depending on the service you pay:
- on the day of the activity;
- with an online deposit and the balance on the day;
- in full online by card;
- by bank transfer.
Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified provider; we never see your card details.
4. Cancellation and changes
The cancellation terms of each service are shown on its page and detailed in our cancellation policy. Date changes are free within the same deadlines, subject to availability.
If we cancel (dangerous weather, road closure, balloon flight grounded by civil aviation) we offer another date or a full refund.
5. On the day
Times are indicative and may vary with traffic and weather. Guides may adjust the itinerary for safety reasons. Arriving significantly late at a shared departure may lead to cancellation without refund.
6. Liability and insurance
Moments Marrakech is responsible for the proper delivery of the services sold. We recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and repatriation. Sports activities (quad biking, trekking, ballooning) require following the operator’s safety instructions.
7. Complaints and governing law
Complaints can be sent to contact@momentsmarrakech.com within 30 days of the service. These terms are governed by Moroccan law; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers resident in the European Union.
